Travis Stiles, PhD
Dr. Stiles graduated with his Master of Arts in Health and Exercise Science at University of the Pacific in 2007. In 2013,he completed his Ph.D. at UC San Diego in Biomedical Science, where he discovered a novel pathway for the regeneration of neuronal tissue. After graduation, he founded Novoron Bioscience to develop novel therapeutics to reverse damage caused by disease and/or damage to the brain and spinal cord. Dr. Stiles has been the primary investigator on a number of large grants funded by the National Institute of Health supporting his work in reversing paralysis and dysfunction in diseases such as multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, and stroke. In 2017, Dr. Stiles was recognized as one of six trailblazing scientists under 40 by Johnson & Johnson. In that same year, he was appointed to chair the Department of Veteran's Affairs, Regenerative Medicine award panel. Novoron and Dr. Stiles have also been recognized by organizations such as Xconomy, Biocom, and RESI for innovative work in regenerative medicine. He was inducted into the HES Hall of Fame on Monday, March 26, 2018.


David Baltazar, DO, DPT
Dr. Baltazar graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Health and Exercise Science at University of the Pacific in 2006. He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at University of the Pacific in 2008. He completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at University of Washington in 2017. He was inducted into the HES Hall of Fame on Friday, September 15, 2017.
